The National Certification Board (NCB) has adopted ISO 17024:2012 and is committed:

To ensure that the Non Destructive Testing personnel certification process and associated examinations are conducted in a professional manner with trained, experienced and competent examiners and supporting staff and designed to meet the relevant statutory, regulatory and standard requirements.

To ensure that the process of Non Destructive Testing personnel certification is conducted with complete integrity in an impartial manner ensuring no conflict of interests and with well laid down procedures to address customer dissatisfaction, complaints and appeals.
